In order to improve the corporate governance structure and ensure the standardized operation of the board of directors of the company, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law, the Articles of Association and other relevant provisions, the board of directors agreed to nominate Mr. Deng Weidong and Mr. Lu Yiyang as candidates for non-independent directors of the second board of directors of the company (please refer to the attachment for the resumes of Mr. Deng Weidong and Mr. Lu Yiyang), and the term of office is the same as that of the second board of directors.
